CHECKERS CENTRE | HOUT BAY
The Checkers Centre in Hout Bay, Cape Town, was completed in 2017. The Checkers supermarket was completely renovated and updated with new walkways, floors, interior and exterior fittings and features and a newly paved parking area.
DE BRON CENTRE | MALMESBURY
The De Bron Centre in Malmesbury, Western Cape, was completed in 2017. We added new upper and lower level parking as well as a new Pick n Pay Clothing Store along with many other new stores and also renovated the entire centre from floor to ceiling.
WILLOWBRIDGE SHOPPING CENTRE | TYGER VALLEY
The Willowbridge Shopping Centre renovation is still in progress and includes construction of new buildings as well as parking areas, shop-fitting, interior and exterior building work.
